Anyhow, have fun with it! neck would fit if it is not there, ties can't fit royal or not. Bound to fall off. And among a certain sort i suppose you could measure wealth by the adornments of the neck. Still neck doesn't seem little enough. crown? tooth crown? ties the tooth together, called a crown, is that close enough to royal ties? I still like heels better as an answer, though. A home(house) can be destroyed, is often used to measure a person's wealth, and without a castle, royalty loses their reign, and thus breaks their royal ties.
