Oh, you know, trying to lure Innocents to play mafia so I can kill/ manipulate them, getting into theological arguments, all that good stuff. But it is good to be back again. P.S. did anyone catch that I used a capital for Innocents?

The way I figure it, this all boils down to what the definition of higher brain power is. Is brain power intellectual in nature? Physical in nature? Emotional in nature? All of these require some form of thinking, and because of that I figure that they all use brain power. For instance, you have to think (Even if you're on a subconscious level) in order to move your arm. You have to think why you should be angry. And of course, you have to think (however little) of the answer to a puzzle. So, therefore everything you do from eating to running to being angry to solving for x if x= 4x4+24is using your brainpower. And whichever of those is making you think more, is the one using the more brain power.
