  1. WitchofDoubt, the two answers you offered are incorrect. No help on this realtively easy one, sorry.
  2. Eat and eat though never sated Blood from water, strongest fated. Growing, growing, never eating, The best and brightest all—defeating.
  3. Concur . . . well done Itachi-san
  4. And Witch of Doubt nails it! Bravo!!
  5. Sorry Thalia, general don't work. Research

Sean, before actually "posting" your acknowledgement of a correct answer, you can select "More Reply Options" to the right of the Post icon. This will allow you to 'Select Poll.' Fill in the blanks with something like: Solved by Shadow with help from Dudley Dude This will cause the Riddle to be tagged as solved.
  7. Joe rhymes with low! LOL! Just a generic name for urban penny pitchers, like Joe Cool, Joe the plumber, just a regular Joe, etc.
  8. Interesting guess Rachel. When you see or get the correct answer you'll know why. Guppy: "Distant" sun from "setting" sun and "all" moored to distinguish all elements from just "bowl."
  9. Nope. I think many keep overlooking the "moored like a kite" line. That might lead you to the general "thing"
  10. WoW! Some REALLY well-thought out/researched answers here. All wrong I'm afraid. I gave it another edit. It's difficult parsing just how many clues one wants to include to keep it "reasonably" solvable without giving it away too easily. I think it's just about right now. Get an idea of what it may be generally, and then researching it will get you to the answer, hopefully.
  11. Hmm. Had to research that one. Nice try but no.
  12. No Jipp. Keep in mind, you first need to have a "general" idea of what this might be, as offered through word clues presented in the puzzle, and only through investigating this option will you nail it. Discerning which ones might apply to the "general" idea is the trick. This is certainly one of the more difficult riddles I've posted but well within the deciphering sphere of you and others on this forum, who so frequently surprise me with your analytic skills.
