Seven little mice in a four story house
Scaling the walls can be found every mouse.
Above or below or between floors they play
But wherever they are, in their places they stay.
If one has an accident, perhaps you will hear
For everyone knows these rodents so dear.
Said it once, loud and clear--
Not what I said or what you hear.
I'm in orbit end to end
And I can break and I can bend.
When I was young I played my card
And spanning spun by foot and yard.
I'm one for all and all for me
And keeping it together,
End to end, around the bend
I'm lighter than a feather.
Tasked with guarding leaves of trees
I hold my charges tight,
So gently do I slip them in
And never will I bite.
You see me, I don't see you
I'm a loving twin, one half of two.
I'm lazy, I'm useless, but I won't cry,
I show my truth, in truth I lie.
My bed is a hole, I live like a mole
Should I ever come out, away will I roll.

Lift my spirits, I’m feelin’ down
I’m high and low, ‘round and ‘round
A loaded gun, you hold me tight
And kiss my lips throughout the night.
Come on baby, light my fire
I hold the gold that you desire!
At least you keep me going back to the drawing board and cranking new ones out! Of course, like I mentioned in my first post, I'm trying to keep them a bit simpler for the younger, less experienced members.
