Truly enjoyed your first riddle. Followed all along but never came up with anything concrete enough to post. Sense you now have the bug and am excited to see what's to come.

Good job DN, you got the "strange on their face" part (and maybe from the title, too?) but you still need to "combine them regardless". DN's catch is correct but still work to be done to get the final answer. The intended tense should (hopefully) make the final answer more apparent is what I was trying to say before.

Not any of those, sorry. I tried a little google/wiki magic myself. The reference in the first line may be more obscure than I thought. If you know the kind of brothers I'm refering to, you may find it by search engine. The second line could be enough to get the word (oops).

Really not kneel tho a good nearly perfect fit (what about the brothers). Did not consider that one so sorry about that; kneel will not help you in the final answer. And is that a guess for 5. or the final answer. Neither are correct. Yeah, DudleyDude beat you to this one. but i'm thinking someone with that name....is there a connection like that...??? You still need to get 5. (...but not him anyway) Oh, another good guess. Not what I had in mind. Brother makes better sense in this one than kneel but think grappling fits a little better with mine. Getting close...
