You are Right! Let's see if anyone else can figure this out... And we're both right. They use both words. In the novels, it's Dunpeal. In the movies it's Damphir. (ooooohhh... that may be a hint!)

The scientists do with animals What would get humans arrested All this pain to find out The results of what the tested They placed together 2 monkeys That should never have been What happened next you'd call More than just obscene The female monkey at fist happy To see this familiar face But all to soon that happiness Was replaced by utter disgrace Along with the scientists cheers She would never forget this Not in a million years There is a very specific answer to this and there are clues alluding to it throughout the riddle. if you guys don't get it after a while, I do have another stanza to add that may offer some help.
