Whew! This was a long one, but I hope everyone had *some* fun before they started wanting to throttle me. Answers follow, re-writes are in parenthesis below the original "clue". Hopefully I have managed to get all the credits correct, I tried to keep track as the game went along. (If I missed you, my sincerest apologies, please leave me a polite nasty note and I'll correct it ASAP!)
