Prop forward? Not too hopeful on this one, but I had to know one way or the other!

yeah, not it but maybe no worse than mine. This is the most obscure one. Ironically, it was the first one I came up with.

Here's an alternative clue for this one - Instant Location

Second place.....If that's right, I can't see why you're beating yourself up - excellent! 'course, if it's wrong......

that's it - first rate - efpy

too lazy to spoiler this but for any others interested, the place bit above - as in second in a horserace. dont think the synonymity of the others is as obscure.

Green Bean

or something similar. (But I just can't *quite* agree with the synonymity, culinarily speaking.)

  Reveal hidden contents

Green Lawn, Green Plant ?

well you're not all wrong with the culinary idea. at least not as wrong as me. flubbed this one

here's an aternate (hopefully better) clue - Raw Fruit

Green: Produce, Growth, Spring, Cash ... ?

(Me thinks I've been staring at this too long. )

of all the ones to look too long at. still not what I have in mind. though mine barely deserves no nevermind, mind you.

dont think the intended meaning of the first word in the answer has been hit upon yet. now that should throw you off.

I get the connections you've made between the words of your answers but think the intended are more directly synonomous. will say what you have parenthetically in the first one spoiler above could be similar in a very general sense? and do like how maybe you interpretted the second word of the second spoiler above as a verb (small hint)

Base Camp

At the risk of appearing a bit dim - I don't follow this connection at all.

Help a bear of little brain please

nut(ty) <--> camp as in different typically in an affected, over the top, ostentatious kind of way
