    hmm, you're right defiantly need to rethink it. my method would only really work if two poison drinkings = not poisoned, 3 = poisoned and so on...

    i guess I'm confused, i thought if you won more than half, ie got more than 25 points, you point total would be doubled. but i see several players with a score of 27 points. shouldn't that be 54 points?

    quick question, i doubt it will help, but are you taking the series 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and applying the rule, or the series 2,3,4,1,6,5,7,8 and applying the rule?

    so i just wanted to make a note, i ran a simulation of my third method and found that 1558 out of 100,000 cases ended in failure. that's a 98% chance of success. unless the warden is evil, which given the puzzle may very well be the case, assuming he honestly picked prisoners at random, if you want to get out in a reasonable amount of time, I'd use my third method.
