  1. Cool--saw how many had viewed but noone posted. Immediately thought this was going to be one of your brain wrackers. Almost didnt post because. See you at the movie (swear I had sworn off POW the John B)...

  2. I’m going to give you a scene.

    All prepared and ready for the play.

    Pieces of wood are painted, the screen.

    You can push or pull me away.

    I’m going to place the dishes on the table.

    The after party is ready for now.

    The actors are all finished and able,

    Posed for the pictures when they took their bows.

    Am going with the obvious with not much confidence

    ??? set ???

  3. sorry no. good ansewr though. (I thought that was more towards properity though... hmm. I have to wiki it now.
    yeah, decorating locating house and home layout, something like that. It's the only thing that came to mind and those colors...am just trying to gently get back into WAIs.
  4. it is more

    i =1 roman= a (singular thing)

    t=+

    is more= are = R

    A R

    OK, now let's wrap this up!

    Look, it's more easy regardless,

    Using both eyes.

    Seeing no bad, after life's blueprint surprise.

    "Look" = See = C

    "it" = the one = A

    "'s more" = is more = is plural = are = R

    "easy regardless"

    --"easy" = EC

    --"regardless" = see less or C less

    --EC-C = E

    CARE

    "Using both eyes" = II = two (Roman Numerals) = TO

    TO

    "Seeing no bad, after life's blueprint surprise"

    "Seeing no bad, after" = ? but "no bad" works like "regardless"

    "life's blueprint" = DNA

    "surprise" is a descriptor meaning different than expected

    DANCE

  5. it is ===> we are More=plural

    cweare

    easy regardless= easy if viewed without regard to order

    care we (to dance )?

    check out my post #32. think our posts crossed in the ethernet due to my inefficient typing and work distractions. my puzzling tho is totally efficient: no left over clues, extraneous answers, extra letters, etc.

  6. Thankyou! I thought scottie showed that
    it is more = plural =are
    Be careful and very precise
    is C and E (from "look" and "easy regardless") we need A and R from "it's more"
  7. Dance from

    see ing see= c or ce, ing= ing or 'n

    no evil =good =G

    behind DNA surprise(different than expected) DANCE or Danc ing or DancnG

    Some of what you have here is crucial.

    c or ce.

    where you've gone with "surprise"

    The other stuff not so much help.

  8. following scottie

    of ce with regard (see, c) -less

    c-less without c

    then first line is Care

    That's right

    A and a little clarification as to R

    Chicory--you were all over it last night, ace. Certainly your break that got us there.

  9. i think i may have to throw in the towel for this one (for now)... i'm out of ideas.

    i think they should change the name to BrainDead, because that's how i'm starting to feel! :wacko: haha

    C (from look) ARE (from it's more) is right so far...

    then we get EC (from easy) resulting in CAREEC.

    after that, i'm stumped. i know regardless is telling me to rid myself of letters, but i'm not sure how, why, or which ones...

    Ha Ha, my wife's called it that, as well as BrainDrain and BrainDread. I have to do some work, too but will check back from time to time.

  10. Look, it's more easy regardless,

    Using both eyes.

    Seeing no bad, after life's blueprint surprise.

    piece by piece... Line #1

    = C

    it's = it is, + more = plural = ARE = AR?

    = EC

    = regard less = remove the second "C"

    that look right thus far?

    Sorry I missed this before.

    Excellent thought expanding the contraction. Cant really say ARE=AR. Little bit off but the ARE is right. The clue needs to fit exactly unless I've screwed something up. Maybe a little more justification for removing the extra C, too. Got to think you know but would you tell us, please.

  11. Look = "C"

    more easy = "EZR"

    Regard Less = take a letter out

    1st Line = "CER"

    Using Both Eyes = II = 2 = To

    2nd Line = "TO"

    Seeing = "C"

    Life's Blueprint = "DNA"

    Before = DNAC

    Suprise = Unknown = "?"

    3rd Line = "DNAC?"

    HOWEVER, i know it can't be right, because

    "no bad" unless somehow that reveals the "E" from my answer...

    EDIT:

    The title of the post.. "Floor You" could mean taking somebody out on the dance floor!

    somebody else needs to come on and help before this drives me bonkers! :D

    Care To Dance?

    And we now know that Line 2 is right and your spoiler for: It Also Fits is right.

    "no bad" is probably the weakest part of the puzzle so I will say that it works like regardless.

  12. revamping the first line.

    smoking coming out of my ears by this point...

    could also be "EC" ...but now i've got too many "Cs" to get to CARE. unless the "regard less" refers to this extra C.

    but where did i get "R" again? RE is from REgardless

    ???

    Right on! But RE does not come from regardless. You may have already finished. Had to go out into the plant. Dang pesky jobs. SOrry for the delay.

  13. DNA is correct but what to do with it? Use the adjacent descriptor.

    Look = "C"

    more easy = "EZR"

    Regard Less = take a letter out

    1st Line = "CER"

    Using Both Eyes = II = 2 = To

    2nd Line = "TO"

    Seeing = "C"

    Life's Blueprint = "DNA"

    Before = DNAC

    Suprise = Unknown = "?"

    3rd Line = "DNAC?"

    HOWEVER, i know it can't be right, because

    "no bad" unless somehow that reveals the "E" from my answer...

    EDIT:

    "no bad" unless somehow that reveals the "E" from my answer...

    Care To Dance?

    not EZR but EZ tweeked phonetically.

    regard less = take a letter out is right but where does the letter come from?

  15. Part of me wants to know what i missed... but another part of me knows i've been staring at this for 2 hours trying to fill in the gaps.

    the good thing about your riddles is that i look like i'm busy at work -- especially when i have 15 post-it notes around me with scribbles and scratches and words written on them!

    Part of me wants to give you a hint. Part of me truly wants to make you get back to work for solving my puzzle in less time than it took me to compose.

  16. Look = "C"

    more easy = "EZR"

    Regard Less = take a letter out

    1st Line = "CER"

    Using Both Eyes = II = 2 = To

    2nd Line = "TO"

    Care To Dance?

    Correct answer. Care to work further on the work or should I explain? Maybe you already have. Certainly would not want to assume anything with you in the room! Going bac now to check.

    WOW! I'm reeling, you just made my head spin.

  17. C is right. EZ needs a little tweak. U is not but II is the first start to this second word. Second C no. D,N,A right neediing further manipulation.

    its early, so i know there's still some words i've ignored, but...

    Look = See = C, Easy = E, Z

    "U"sing both I Is

    "C" D, N, A (which "C" will come AFTER)

  18. .']We have the first letter in the phrase. C is correct. EZ is 55% correct, and eyes is exactly 50% correct. Last line not.

    To start us all off on our musings
    look - see/C

    easy - EZ

    eyes - II, or OO

    no bad - good, okay/OK
