Yikes, sorry to mislead but the two words are the same throughout the limerick. Not even I would do to you what you were working. Very creative reasoning with what you had tho. Would suggest not reading into this one too much. Finding the two words was meant to be simple with the connection the main subject I'm after. 0 DudleyDude
"bud" or "shoot"?
0 plainglazed
"bud" or "shoot"? Right on track. Are these two guesses for the same word? If so, the first is soooo close and your second guess probably needs to be a little more obvious. If they are guesses for each word, then the first is again, soooo close but the second guess is not the second word. I hope that makes sense. If not please say so and I'll try and clarify before throwing everyone off.

0 plainglazed
LATE BLOOMER Though both are related to my two words and they both fit the puzzle, mine are different. I justify this by the connection mine make to a third word. Think you will see and be OK with it in the end. (This need not be a guessing game)

0 plainglazed
1 word- blossom. 2nd word- petal? No, sorry. The second word, generally speaking, has nothing to do with the first word. Strange as that sounds, the two should suggest a final connection/third word.
