0 Guest
Twilight series is fun. Thought the ending(of the series) was cheap. Midnight Sun was an awesome concept and I enjoyed immensely the part Meyers released. I wish she had finished it. Though I like all kinds of books, I mostly read fantasy, sci fi, and detective fiction C.S. Lewis' - Chronicles of Narnia Sherlock Holmes Stories Cormack McCarthy's - The Road was depressing but for personal reasons was very moving The Fablehaven series by Brandon Mull George R. R. Martin's - A Song of Fire and Ice series (for mature audiences) J. R. R. Tolkein's works Shakespeare's plays not so much his sonnets And for some fantasy detective novels Jim Butcher's - Dresden Files books Simon R. Green's - Nightside books (kind of formulaic) Glen Cook's - Garrett Files books

0 Izzy
Hitcherhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series and the Ender's Game series. Also thoroughly enjoyed Cirque Du Freak when I was younger. I'm science book fan in general, but won't go on naming a bunch of things.

0 peace*out
actually 'Slumdog Millionaire' book of his was 'Q & A'...anyways i'm curious...did u like the movie????? I liked it...i thought it was more real and had more plot than many of the other books-made-movies out there. Not that all others are bad of course. I loved the music too! I'll have to read that...that could explain why i couldn't find it...Anywayss, i finished the boook yesterday and it was good. The ending wasn't too suprising, but it was a little...read it and you'll see what i mean.
0 unreality
I don't know if anyone here has read the four books called 'Mortal Engines' by Philip Reeves ('The hungry city chronicles' for us americans) but you should, they're really good, anyway I just saw this today: http://www.totalfilm.com/news/jackson-to-adapt-mortal-engines and am super excited for it haha
0 Guest
+tiger_lilly111 and Robert Jordan David Eddings Terry Brooks Terry Goodkind Piers Anthony I'm very much into the serious fantasy and science fiction novels, as well as the more pun-nishing fantasy (Piers Anthony). Be warned, though. The majority of the books I read have lots of nasty surprises and twists, and tend to equal over a thousand pages each. I think in the Robert Jordan books alone, so far, I've read over 20k pages.
0 peace*out
I recently came to love a book called looking for alaska by John Green. so yeah. thats it.
0 Guest
I was going to suggest Douglas Adams, God delusion, Brief history of time and Ender's game series, but I was beat to it. I haven't read the rest of the Ender's game series because the idea of infinite power is so depressing to me... yet I have a feeling I should read it. Christopher Moore perhaps, I've not yet finished reading one of his books. I also enjoy my own writings
