curr3nt
Hey...you even copied my game board! That has to be worth at least a space cookie.
phil1882
sure! *hands curr3nt 1 space cookie*
gvg
Wait, I'm slightly confused. My ships weren't moved to the coordinate I said. Why is that?
curr3nt
gvg, what coordinate did you give? It looks like you moved 4 ships from H8 to F7.
Panther
The reason, I assume, (as I made the same mistake) is that you gave invalid coordinates and phil just gave you a random move. Remember, you can only move like a chess knight
phil1882
pretty much, i gave you the move that most closely matched the move you gave me. (you attacked H7 with 4, but H7 is unreachable form where you are, so i attacked F7 instead.)
phil1882
gvg, need your next move.

phaze
How do you count moves? it appears that both red and green have moved 2 ships twice (once from the home planet and once to attack) Are you adding the extra produced ships (+ 2 per planet) before they move?
phil1882
it's perfectly valid to move a ship and then attack with it on the same turn.
curr3nt
If it helps, here is what I submitted Moves H1 - 2 - G3 F2 - 4 - H3 G3 - 4 - F1

curr3nt
I believe there is an issue with my ship distribution. I had attacked G1 and H2 with 3 ships each. F1 <-> H2 and H3 <-> G1 I'm just lazy and don't want to move 1 ship from F1 and H3 before I attack F3. Panther, please note there are still neutral planets between us. curr3nt
Also Panther... consider the best way for me to attack Flamebirde. If I tried to go through the middle... D3 and F5 are direct threats to your and gvg's planets. E4 would have had the same effect to discourage your taking C3 and would have cost me 4 more ships AND leave me with having to go to C5 or D6 which are also direct threats to you and gvg. I went to counter your taking C3 before gvg's F6 because you were closer to taking C3. Now I have B2 and A4 until I can put direct pressure on Flamebirde without getting in the way of your pressuring Flamebirde as well.
curr3nt
Just keep thinking about the juicy A7 and B8 you can get in two turns.
