Guest Posted August 30, 2010 Report Share Posted August 30, 2010 Also from CHASE: if CHASE is not zero, the fourth letter is L. from REALM-2: the first letter is R, leaving one letter to isolate. We know from REACH-1 (where the 1 is the first R), that the second letter is not E and the third letter is not A. If CHASE-1, then CHASM-1 can't be from the M, as the correct letter must be shared between them (can't be both E and M at the end). If CHASE-2, then the last letter is E (see above post), so it cannot also be M. That leaves the L in REALM as the only letter left to allow REALM-2.
