Negative. Several posters have shown merely that, when applied to anything, this word is false. There are many phrases that are inherently false, but that have not been removed from the language, such as Bolivian Battleships, perpetual-motion machines, etc.
Others have shown that it cannot be applied to itself. But many words (e.g. "Red") fill that bill as well. So what?
I'm speechless...
