Guest
When did thankyou become a (one) word???? Thankyou is not available in the general English dictionary and thesaurus. Edited June 30, 2009 by WilsonsMum
CaptainEd
When did thankyou become a (one) word???? Thankyou is not available in the general English dictionary and thesaurus. Reasonable question, I'd say. I know sometimes people say something about leaving a party and saying their thankyous. Perhaps it is hyphenated in that case. Perhaps the dictionaries haven't caught up. But I think the more important issue is: It's good to see you again, Chickadee! Please dive in. brainden--ooo jawbones--ooo pickaxes--xoo quivered--oo syzygies--xoo advanced--xoo nineteen--o eighteen--oo thankyou--ooo Edited June 30, 2009 by CaptainEd
