So my prescription would be a letter a day for the first week, from there (L+1),(L+2)......,(L+n) where n=max. number of letters in all your riddles put together. I can guarantee you a considerable increase in weight after your 25 riddles. P.S. An unwanted side-effect could be over-weight. I am not responsible for any such side effects.
