0 Guest
I'm not entirely sure what the defining difference is between Action & Adventure...but I'm thinking Action movies are like "Fast & Furious" and anything shoot-em-up. Adventure would be more along the lines of: "Indiana Jones" and the superhero movies. But where is the Drama category??
0 Guest
all except romace - Catherine Cookson..... aka drivel thrillers, sci-fi, not over keen on action - I find the adultish rated poor and the lower rated usually better Flight of the Navigator sci-fi, comedy, action with out thrills and thriller/drama to boot

0 Guest
My favourite film has to be "The Green Mile" I must admit being a female I do enjoy chic flicks - The diary of bridget jones being my favourite there. My favourite sci-fi would have to be the original Star Trek movies. I don't enjoy horrors or thrillers (unless they were from the eighties and then they become comedies). I do enjoy the classics or film festival stuff - Little Miss Sunshine. I have to be loyal to NZ movies - so thats a thumbs up to the Lord of the Rings Triology. I enjoyed the Matrix triology. I loved Holes. Gosh I could go on but I won't, so many to choose from.

0 Guest
Foreign film I love is Curse of the Golden Flower Would love to see the Zohan one Love the kids movies ie Narnia, Spyderwick Not allowed to see too many thrillers because of the kids Taking the kids to see Forbidden Kingdom, so hopefully that's a good cross of Action and Comedy with Jackie Chan Matrix movies are pretty cool Lord of the Rings, unbelievable! Derailed was pretty good, because I didn't see that twist coming.

0 Guest
W00t for the Matrix, and i can never forget Army of Darkness that movie is FUNNY WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You don't get many people who know of the Evil Dead trilogy.. My favorite though is Evil Dead 2. The first one was too horrory (and not the good kind).. the third was maybe a bit too silly. But the second had a good balance. though I liked all the mini-Ashes in the windmill. But I still prefer Ash's chainsaw hand to his weird plate-mail hand oh, and here's my movie listy thingie! Action: the first Die Hard movie, all the way Thriller: 1408 Comedy: um.... huh.... I like airplane.. and... I like comedies, but I can't really pick favorites... Horror: I don't like horror movies because they don't scare me at all, but Night of the Living Dead was kinda cool. Romance: I dunno Sci-fi: Star Wars Family: I dunno True Story: Fargo Adventure: Indiana Jones movies Drama:I dunno ( the ones that say "I dunno" just say that because I haven't watched many movies in that genre Edited August 15, 2008 by Ploper
