Man's imagination has no bounds . By using the energy which you use to jump , you can even produce wind energy . :D

The picture has a clear and concise meaning. When you get it there will be no place for "maybe", but you will be sure it is the right answer.

So the question was not answered. Correct about what it is, but what's it mean?

It was. It is a skier attacking a wind electric generator on Rossignol skis. And it means Don Quixote.

Is it a refernce to Don Quixote, in the fact that, he thought windmills were advasaries, in the picture the skier is a smaller windmill, going after a larger one. (always strive for greatness)
