Question

  1. The word buried here has but one letter.
  2. Did you find a jelly roll in Gearhardt's Bakery?
  3. It's the best one I've ever seen.
  4. The rug at her stairway was made in India.
  5. He's an old friend.
  6. Amos sold his bicycle to an old friend.

Not sure if these are supposed to go together or be 6 separate things.

Did Amos sell his bicycle *TO* an old friend? Sell an old friend to his bicycle? (!?!?!?) Sell his bicycle which he considers an old friend?

When I see something has one letter, I think of an envelope or the words "a" or "I".
