My other neighbor is slippery allright, But still gets to hang with us toughies by birthright. My neighbor above is much like my little brother, Except he knows how to make rain like no other. My neighbor below is harder to meet than any other, That's why most people usually don't bother. P.S.This is actually my first riddle so please don't laugh at the rhymes.
