But a get better bag (or feel better bag, or hot water bag) always seems to do the trick. Whatever you call it, a gbb is essentially a fabric sack or pouch w uncooked rice or beans inside that you can freeze or microwave to retain desired temperature on your muscles. sorry its so long winded....
