I saw a bunch of cacti the other day. Some of them were vertical without any arms sticking out. As I was leaving a building, I saw one of these. About three quarters of the way up the cactus, it is a bit narrower at that point.
Me: Dad? Should I be worried if the first thing I think about when I see that cactus is a chromosome?
Dad: *while laughing* You should tell that to your uncle!
I never thought Biology would do this to me.
