What a joy to wake up to. First thoughts were the same as Jkb (and her guess). The title though makes me think it might be a specific type of MrsP riddle. Will have to ponder further...She's ba ack!

Yes indeed, that is the little clue I referred to. APPOSE, the heads of each answer to the riddles. Still the final answer to discover.

hi there o_t - it pains me to say that's not it. nice thinking, tho. looks like you beat me back. thanks for the info again with the sound logic but have to say no, please keep at it... Most would... not it but there may be a connection to the answer. I honestly am not sure myself so wouldn't put too much stock in that as a clue. Obviously, since, like I say, I'm not exactly sure of the connection, oops.

hello tricky - nice thoughts but not what I'm looking for. thinking, as you did, for alternate definitions of words like frank will be of great help in solving these.

#5 another word yet. maybe not so common but not a big scary word I wouldn't say. #1 none of those, sorry Jkb. Not that one but please take another stab at it. Think you're probably honing in on the right word in the clue though. Just remember, there's more than one way to skin a cat. (please dont put alot of thought into the above as hints, would hate to have misled).

Good evening Wilson - time just seems to run together for me. Only in for a moment as I must spend most of my time today at our other plant where I do not have internet access and where they start at the ungodly hour of 6:00 a.m. (as further explanation for lack of sleep which is overated or so I keep telling myself) Nailed 6 (it's about time ). Nicely done. Only 1. and 5. left. Your previous thinking on 5. was close®.
