@Octo: If I take your meaning correctly, I assume that you define the below two statements as the same. "This statement can be evaluated as true." "This statement is true." Without prior definition otherwise, I would disagree (and I think this is why Chokfull also disagreed). As you've defined it by I will agree with your logic.
