I agree that it would be nice to avoid a goodie lynch, but no one is defending themselves and a tie lynch would be horrible for us. (I'm using goodie to refer to the monsters, not the scooby gang. I hope this doesn't cause confusion.) A tie vote will result in multiple lynches which will probably kill multiple goodies. And even worse, a tie vote will mean no night. We would go straight into another lynch which would again result in probably killing another goodie. It would be great if people were talking so that we had some way of trying to tell who's in the scooby gang. But I just want to make sure that we don't end up with a tie, no matter what.

I'm switching my vote to Riranor since it seems unlikely that he'll get here to defend himself or change his vote. I also think it would be best for all the goodies to vote together. Regardless, we must make sure that there is not a tie for D0 and that a single person is lynched.

One of the more experienced players can correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like it would be disastrous for the goodies if D0 ended in a tie. Since we're starting out 11-4-1, the odds of killing 2 (or more, depending on the vote) goodies would be quite high. And if I understand the rules, the tie would also cancel the next night and we'd roll right into another lynch. I'm not sure how we go about choosing the person to lynch, but we must choose a single person. And it also looks like it would be in the goodies' best interest to vote en masse for a single person. Does anyone have any experience with starting the game with a lynch? Any known strategies?

He absolutely loves surprises and was sure that the box was full of candy and goodness. But before he could open it, he started to feel guilty. As much as he loved surprises, he knew that his buddy Slick loved them even more. In the spirit of the upcoming holidays, DD selfflessly passed up the goodies in the box and left it at Slick's doorstep as a present.
