and I think I P would look like:

I'm willing to believe that the last one is actually a "P." (with a period) That would make the completed message "HELP."
As far as the hissing like a snake, when combined with pointing at the eyes it would certainly be a reference to "snake eye" which is a term for rolling two 1s. This could be a way of telling us to focus on the 1s in the message. It also doubles as a message to use the dice when deciphering the message.
