0 plainglazed
someone (a shy boy maybe) trying to pluck up the courage to speak to someone (a girl) I can see why as fits in a lot of ways but not what I had in mind.
0 plainglazed
Kinda thinking along Gemlou's path,The popular kids V/S the non-popular kids. Oh darn, this fits very well too but not it. Was afraid of this. There really is one answer that will fit the best.

0 plainglazed
Verse 1. AWKWARD/CONFUSED. Verse 2. SITUATION Blonde Moment? "Apologies offered in advance to all blondes reading!" Your apologies, what about the wrath I'm due? I may have to play the blond card myself. Anyway, your guess is not right. This one "works" as a straightforward what-am-I riddle with one answer. Edited June 22, 2009 by plainglazed

0 plainglazed
gray hairs Not the answer but I do like it alot. Almost fits. For a plasmid-like response, I think the first two lines of the second limerick dont quite fit without a little over stretching. I'm still confident all will agree in the end that the answer I have is exactly it.
0 Guest
A curious answer K S. I'm still working out your reasoning. Mine's not related to yours, however. I see my error. I focussed too much on a synonym of one of the adjectives sometimes used with the title together with the first 3 lines of the second paragraph, and hence that silly and awkward response. 0 plainglazed
acne? I will say yes to your answer. Had a slightly different word. You can see why in my explanation below.Zit Blonds (white heads) It's so hard for anyone to face (usual location - kinda double meaning) No one likes you regardless the place (but can be elsewhere) Your timing's never right (and usually all wrong) Can't make up for your sight (cant hide well enough with make up) So deny me all confidence and grace (from my experience anyway) In a pinch you may want to assay (tempting to pop) The waters to which can dismay (gross, I know) 'Tis backward must sound (POW - 'Tis backward sounds like zit) But less they'll come 'round If you ignore them instead everyday (or so I've heard) My kids suggested this as a topic. Hope all who participated or who have checked this out enjoyed it as much as I did composing it.
