Wow... nice effort, and since you only need one letter and I don't want to unnecessarily stall this so here's what it is U - (in Britain) universal (used to describe a film certified as suitable for viewing by anyone) I guess I could have written suitable for anyone but this riddle is easy because you are constantly recycling letters so I didn't wanted to make it any easier.
