Question

Welcome to the War Room,

If you are unsure of the rules please read them in the sign up thread

The Map:

The map starts Spring 1970,

The coloured sections are starting provinces, and the black dots are Supply Centres. Remember your goal is it have captured and hold 18 supply centres, at the end of a year ( at the end of Fall turn)

Here is the map with full names, for use when placing orders

A few notes:

Switerland is out of bounds, no passing through this country.

All the islands which are grey and other places ( including water provinces ) with no name are also out of bounds.

The island off the cost of Denmark with a Supply Centre is a part of Denmark, and can be access without using a Fleet

Players

Because only 6 people signed up, Italy is a NPC ( Non Playable Character) and will just sit there and hold for all their moves. Other rules Units=Supply Centre and Retreat rules still apply. If there is a choice for retreat I will roll a dice for it.

Austria ( red ) - Slick

England ( dark blue ) - GC

France ( light blue )- Surge

Germany ( grey )- blade

Russia ( White ) - Frozen

Turkey ( Yellow ) - peace*out

Italy ( Green ) - Inactive

I'm messing with him. I can't use any allies at all. :lol:

Oh.. you are trying to encorage him to send all his armies at you at once, leaving him defenceless for Itality to come in the backdoor. Also while Russia sails around the world eastwards to come in and help, leaving Brandon with his armies far away from his home towns, leaving him open to defeat..

hmm.. Why didn't I think of that.. :D

Should be Valid . I had planned this :P And Russia's F Arm cannot retreat to Sev :D ... Nice move eh ???

whao... two fleets can't be in the same ocean? if I had known that I would have made a different move. B/c I knew he was going to hold.

Sorry about that. There is always next time. Only one unit can be in any province at the same time.

What happened here is you attacked sev but Frozen also attacked sev. Since it was a 1vs1 it is a tie. And in a tied battle both attacking parties return to the province they attack from.

Since your fleet returned to rum, bul couldn'y move up because it is not empty.

Right, a province is a country or region, a political devision specifically pertaining to a land mass. Not waters.

oh.. well in this game it also means region of water :D

Provinces: There are 3 types of provances

Inland, Water, and costal. Only Armies move on inland provances, likewise only Fleets can move in water. A Costal province is land which is adjacent to one or more water provinces.

All Units have the same strength, during the game Units can be supported by one another to increase strength. Also there only can be one Unit in a provance at the same time.

Fall 1872

Not sure i am totally convinced that I am happy with Frozens Retreat to a provience that he failed to attack.. Doesn;t seam quite right to me. However there are no rules against it so it will pass. Ill add it to the rules for next time..
