Question

Welcome to the War Room,

If you are unsure of the rules please read them in the sign up thread

The Map:

The map starts Spring 1970,

The coloured sections are starting provinces, and the black dots are Supply Centres. Remember your goal is it have captured and hold 18 supply centres, at the end of a year ( at the end of Fall turn)

Here is the map with full names, for use when placing orders

names.jpg

A few notes:

Switerland is out of bounds, no passing through this country.

All the islands which are grey and other places ( including water provinces ) with no name are also out of bounds.

The island off the cost of Denmark with a Supply Centre is a part of Denmark, and can be access without using a Fleet

Players

======

Because only 6 people signed up, Italy is a NPC ( Non Playable Character) and will just sit there and hold for all their moves. Other rules Units=Supply Centre and Retreat rules still apply. If there is a choice for retreat I will roll a dice for it.

Austria ( red ) - Slick

England ( dark blue ) - GC

France ( light blue )- Surge

Germany ( grey )- blade

Russia ( White ) - Frozen

Turkey ( Yellow ) - peace*out

Italy ( Green ) - Inactive

Too all whom are involved I wish the best of luck! If you need any help at any time dont be afraid to post here or PM me.

Turn 1

====

My next post will be for Spring 1970 ( Alliance/Movement phase)

Spring 1971 ( Diplomacy and Movement)

===========================

Map

------

game-S1871.jpg

Requirements

----------------

I require a PM from each of you regarding your moves.

There will be a deadline on this about 48hours, but may extend it to 60 depending on what I am doing in the weekend.

Everyone must send in moves by then ( or let me know if you cant make the deadline) or your orders will be "hold"

They will be ordered to hold by me. And if they are defeated in battle, either I will find them a retreat sport, or the units will be removed from the game

Good enough :P and hope this will speed up the game ;)

Spring 1871 Retreat

==============

This is the first Retreat turn that we have had..

There is once unit up for retreat and it is from Itality.

Once a unit has been defeated it can either be taken out of the game or retreat. It can retreat to any bordering province which is unoccipied. However if two units are retreated to the smae location they are BOTH removed from the game.

Expecting

-----------

I am expecting a PM from Mekal to see where he wants his unit in mar to retreat too.

EDIT:

-------

I have decided that since Mekal didn't take part in the battle, I will choose his retreat order

Explining Spring 1871 Battles

Battle 1

--------

England: A edi -> nwy

Russia: F swe -> nwy

Because this battle was a draw ( 1 vs 1) no clames the province, and both units move back to their origional province.

Battle 2

--------

Germany: F hol -> bel

England: A bel -> hol

2 Units can not directly change place. So both remain where they started

Battle 3

---------

France: A bur -> mar

France: A spa S but -> mar

Itality: A mar H

Since there was 2 attacking units and one defended England wins the battle and mar must retreat.

Battle 4

--------

German: A sil -> mun

Austria: A mun H

There was a 1 vs 1 battle here, so both units move to their origional location ( Austria was holding so didn't move)

Battle 5

---------

Turkey: F bla -> rum

Turkey: A bul S F bla -> rum

Russia: A ukr -> rum

Russia: F ser S A uke -> rum

Austria: A bud -> S F ble -> rum

This was a large battle, with two sides ( each move order is a side), and both sides ( Turkey, and Russia) had 1 suporting unit. The tides of the battle were tipped when Austria decided to Support Turkey's Army ( Alliance ???) making a 3 or 1 situation. Therefore Turkey gained the land.

Turkey thanks Austria for the support in this EPIC Battle :P
