Question

IS WATER WET AND CAN IT GET WETTER?

IN MY OPINION RELATIVELY SPEAKING WHEN WATER IS IN A LIQUID STATE IT IS NOT WET BECAUSE THAT IS WHEN IT IS IN NORMALCY. IN ORDER FOR WATER TO BE WET IT WOULD HAVE TO BE MORE WET THEN WHEN NOT WET, IN OTHER WORDS YOU WOULD HAVE TO ADD WATER TO IT OR COVER IT WITH WATER OR SPLASH IT OR WHATEVER, BUT WHEN YOU DO THIS ALL YOU DO IS ADD TO THE TOTAL VOLUME OF WATER WHICH IS ALL STILL IN ITS NORMAL STATE OF BEING WATER AS WATER AND IT WOULD NOT BECOME WET WATER. IF SOMETHING IS TO BECOME WET IT WOULD HAVE TO START OUT DRY, AND IN ORDER TO START OUT DRY IT WOULD HAVE TO LACK WATER AND WATER CAN NOT LACK WATER. SO WATER CAN MAKE ANYTHING WET EXCEPT FOR WATER ITSELF.

I FEEL I AM RUNNING IN CIRCLES AND RAMBLING BUT I WONDER WHAT OTHERS OPINIONS ARE ON THIS. AND I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR WHAT YOUR REASONS ARE FOR SUCH PHRASES AS...

IT IS AS WET AS WATER...

WHY IS WATER WET...

HOW WET IS WATER...

IS WATER WETTER THAN H20 GAS OR STEAM AND IS IT WETTER THAN A SOLID OR ICE...

ANOTHER WAY TO SAY THAT IS - WHICH IS WETTER? ICE, WATER, OR STEAM...

WHAT IS THE ONLY THING THAT GET WETTER AS IS DRIES?...OMG THAT ONES OLD

AND NOW FOR THIS ONE I TRIED TO EXPLAIN - WHAT IS THE ONLY THING THAT CANT GET WET?

THNX FOR LISTENING AND I CAN'T WAIT TO HEAR YOUR RESPONSES...

WELL I THINK THAT WATER IS WET BECAUSE WET IS NOT DEFINED AS HAVING WATER, OTHER LIQUIDS THAT AREN'T WATER ARE WET TOO, WET IS DEFINED AS BEING IN A LIQUID STATE BLA BLA, SO YES WATER IS WET. FURTHERMORE, THE PURPOSE OF SOAP IS TO MAKE WATER "WETTER" IN CASE YOU DIDN'T KNOW, BY BREAKING THE SURFACE TENSION. WHY DO YOU TALK IN CAPITALS?

OH WAIT, I CAN'T JUST COPY THIS DEFINITION... I HAVE TO RETYPE IT IN CAPITOL LETTERS!!!!!

1 A: CONSISTING OF, CONTAINING, COVERED WITH, OR SOAKED WITH LIQUID (AS WATER) B: OF NATURAL GAS: CONTAINING APPRECIABLE QUANTITIES OF READILY CONDESABLE HYDROCARBONS.

THERE YOU HAVE IT, NOT ONLY WATER CAN MAKE THINGS WET.

ALSO, IF WATER IS NOT WET, (IT IS) AND WATER IS THE ONLY THING THAT CAN BE WET, (IT'S NOT) AND WATER IS THE ONLY THING THAT CAN MAKE THINGS WET. (IT'S NOT)

WOUDLN'T THAT MEAN THAT NOTHING IS WET? THAT WE LIVE IN A COMPLETELY DRY WORLD IN WHICH WATER IS AN ILLUSION. OR AN IDEA PUSHED ON US BY THAT DAMN LIBERAL MEDIA :D .

I DON'T BUY IT
