0 grey cells
You're right - I knew there was a good reason I was ignoring those... I guess it's just 14. Aargh! I hate being stupid. In public. I have lost count of the times I have been stupid in the den. This is the den , not the ordinary public. So I don't mind being stupid sometimes , in the den. 0 HoustonHokie
Well, back to the topic at hand. I am not anime-savvy in the least (not even sure we allow it in TX! - durn furners). So no ideas on the first part of 14. And the second part is some kind of electronic zapping thing... And its subtraction, not addition. So, basically, I'm completely stumped. Can anyone fill in some gaps? grey cells - thnx for the kind words

League of Nations Members United Nations Members Thank you, saves me the trouble, lol Actually, the theme was the "all around the world" part...but it made me think of that song, and the "statutes crumble for me" instead of "statues crumble for me" is a metaphor refering to thinking outside the box, which is what a lot of puzzles are... Edit: And the fact that Beijing, China is 8 is *not* a coincidence...Beijing Olympics starting 8-8-08! (888 is a lucky number in China ;P) Edited August 4, 2008 by Yoruichi-san
