My dear Alaskan friend, EST is -5 (we're on the east coast!) and IST is +5.5 (all wrt GMT)

We could play in teams of USA v. ROW so that the max time diff between players is about 4 hours for both teams (little higher for ROW).

Edit: 4 hours is still a lot, so I think we could keep the existing teams and manage. I am pretty nocturnal, so I have no problems whatsoever in keeping the same teams if the logistics are easier that way.
