0 Guest
I heard this a different way that i run but never wlak that could be a refrigerator but i do not knwo the answer to this question it can't be water beacuse water goes uphill at the cuyahoga river and the nile river so i have no idea Water runs north at the Nile, not up hill. Water will always run downhill in the path of least resistance but can be forced uphill if through a tube or pipe or something. Water will also climb uphill naturally in a narrow enough tube through capillary action, but it will never walk uphill, nor will it run so. I would also venture to say that a refrigerator or other appliance could run uphill if you were downhill to it. Just as a cow can fart upwind, an appliance can run uphill relative to an observer. This is not true to water, as it would run upstream or upriver, but it will always run downhill. The viewpoint of the observer is nullified since the water is not a stationary object as a running appliance would be. Water seems to objectively be the best answer. 0 Guest
This is really a vague riddle… It could be so many things. (Water, sink, river, watch, motor, nose, tv program, test… I could go on.) I would recommend adding a few more lines to make it a bit more specific. i.e: “I run, but never walk. Murmur, but never talk. Have a mouth but never talk. What am I?”
