Haha well done mtupyro! Glad someone picked up on it. The exact answers with their reasons are:

As quoted from Hamlet by Shakespeare

The gallows-maker; for that frame outlives a

thousand tenants.

or

'a

grave-maker: 'the houses that he makes last till

doomsday.

A good Teacher. ;)

He/she sows the seeds of knowledge in the students' mind . The thoughts that are built in the students' mind are stronger thananything else. :D

Hmm... this answer wouldn't have anything to do with your profession now, would it?

Isn't a gallows-maker a carpenter and isn't a tombstone-maker a stone-mason?

Isn't a gallows-maker a carpenter and isn't a tombstone-maker a stone-mason?

You've got to argue with Shakespeare on that one... It's his riddle not mine ;) But as for your questions - I believe by a carpenter they meant the "builder of homes" the Shipwright was the "Builder of boats" and the mason was the "builder of buildings"

So probably it is assuming that those men only build certain things, and the gallows maker and tombstone makers are different people... B))

Oh, I just had a hunch ;) That, and I read your problem about the height of the walls :P

Hey! I was just kidding and I am sure you too are kidding me. :P I am just 20 years old and you have already tagged me as a teacher.

But each one of us is a teacher in one way or the other.

DEFINITION of teacher: A teacher also learns but he/she also teaches others what he/she learns . ;)

P.S: Thank you very much for making me a teacher at a very young age.
