That's why I mentioned it, I had a suspicion there was a connection somewhere. ;) Almost worth a point but I think the meanings are too similar, both being along the lines of "throw" and "direct", if you know what I mean. Tough call.

You're right. I was going for the other definition of cast that means "look" but this is "look" as a noun not "look" as a verb being a synonym with "gaze". :huh:
