If I ask how many eggs are in a dozen, and you say 8 or 9 or 1 then none of those answers are correct. If I ask how many days are there in November and you say 28, then that is not correct. The question wasn't "how many days are there" it was "how many days have". It's very true to say they all have 28 days. It's misleading, but not false.
