Laser Lamps

Eight lamps are positioned forming the corners of a 1m cube .
The lamps light up when a beam from laser gun passes through
their centers (sensors). Using 5 mirrors to deflect the laser path,
how should the mirrors turn all the lamps on with a single shot?

I'll see if I can wrap my head around that image without it switching back and forth every few seconds.

Yeah, i fall into the third category with those types of optical illusions.

I was stuck at six mirrors, for reasons that now are obvious:

Two lights for free, then a mirror each for the last six.
