Sending me a PM to help you is just weird...

Since you aren't being upfront with why you need the answers. (to puzzles you supposedly created yourself...) I am going to treat this like homework.

The puzzle starts with two checkers. Now imagine there are two checkers in each following image. First find where they are moving and then when they are changing colors.

Steps:

1 -> 2 -> 3 ->

4 -> 5 -> 6 ->

7 -> 8 -> 9

Now for the other one... I have to admit I found the answer to this one elsewhere when I was checking your image attachments. Not sure if I would have figured it out trying it myself.

Using the following:

1 -> 2 -> 3 ->

4 -> 5 -> 6 ->

7 -> 8 -> 9

Notice the step from 3 to 4 and 6 to 7 is different than the other steps. Since you want to go from 8 to 9 you need to ignore what happens between 3 & 4 and 6 & 7.

Try symbol changing between steps.

Curr3nt, thanks for the hint (I was beginning to feel very dumb) AND thanks for the pointer to the new (to me) technology called "tineye". THere's so much to learn here in the Den...
