Guest
in the 18th century, during the gold rush there is a very populated town full of rich, educated people with honest jobs. but one day the mayor decided to retire and give his title to the richest man in the town. but the problem is that almost everyone there claims that they are the richest in the town. so the mayor decided to list all the jobs in the town to find the man with the most profitable career so who do you think is the richest man with the most profitable career in town? 0 Shakeepuddn
I found one The North Carolina Gold Rush - 1799 Thanks for that info DET. However, the Carolina Rush was after 1800 as the Gold that Reed discovered in 1799 wasn't identified as gold until 1803. So my question still stands. 0 Shakeepuddn
Thank you DET. I stand corrected. So my new questions . . . 1. Does it matter on which continent or in which country this gold rush occurred? 2. Does the fact that it was the 18th century vice 19th have anything to do with the answer? in the 18th century, during the gold rush
there is a very populated town full of rich,
educated people with honest jobs.
but one day the mayor decided to retire and give his title to
the richest man in the town.
but the problem is that almost everyone there claims that they
are the richest in the town.
so the mayor decided to list all the jobs in the town
to find the man with the most profitable career
so who do you think is the richest man with the most
profitable career in town?
(and feel free to ask any yes or no questions)
