Question

Pretend you are the Greek God Atlas and you have been given an assignment by someone. This person challenged you to move the entire earth with a mouse. You squint your eyes at him in puzzled amusement. Being a God, you feel it necessary to prove to this mere human, not only that you can move the entire earth with a mouse but that when you’re finished you can place the mouse in any location the human wished. So the human says “fine” and spat some directions to you as you listened closely. He said, “

The atomic number of Strontium placed in front every week in the year in front of the 4th bell number N

The first prime integer requiring five syllables below zero ahead of ternary in front of (Indiana in order +.64) W “

My question is where does the mouse land?

this is a continuation of my last riddle but there is a time limit on how long it could be posted where it was so here it is for all to see.

If not one hundred seven, then maybe one hundred and one? But that puts the mouse landing in Smokey Hill River, Kansas and I'm at a loss for finding any clues there. Must be missing something...

If you want to see a real mouse search for this; 28 23 46 , -81 34 42 on google maps and then switch to satelite or use google earth

and 38 52 15.5 , -77 3 21.5 these coordinates are probably a little more accurate for the pentagon.
