Question

He wears red capes and a silver crown,

Everyone feels jealous when he is around.

I think either Maximilien de Robespierre (who used the guillotine a lot and died because of it in 1794) or Napoleon Bonaparte (who also didn't hesitate to use the guillotine). Last one sounds more logical to me. They both weren't kings I believe. Though Napoleon may have been king of Italy, I can't remember that one.

Napoleon wasn't king in Italy, he was general in France. Also, I am not looking for a person.

Actually, he was general and later emperor in France, but I believe he was ALSO king of Italy. ;)

Just Wikipedia'd it to check it, and it turns out he was indeed king of Italy, from 17 March 1805 – 11 April 1814 :)
