  4. sorry, missed this one... if you are going for the rhyme, you are on the right track, but a different word
  5. think of the type of people that investigate truth, and you may just find a word that they use (at least stereotypically), and that's it!!
  6. crap. That's not a verb apparently hints do just make everything more confusing... forget the digging in the literal sense, although it still applies...just focus on digging for truth as in working to find the truth, or to expose the truth
