The beginning of eternity, The end of time and space, The beginning of every end, And the end of every place. Reveal hidden contents It's in front of you right now. 2. I never was, am always to be, None ever saw me, nor ever will, And yet I am the confidence of all Who live and breathe on this terrestrial ball. Reveal hidden contents It never comes. 3. Runs over fields and woods all day, Under the bed at night sits not alone, With long tongue hanging out, A-waiting for a bone. Reveal hidden contents It's something very close to you. 4. At night they come Without being fetched, And by day they are lost Without being stolen. Reveal hidden contents They belong to the night. 5. Fatherless and motherless, Born without skin, Spoke when it came into the world, And never spoke again. Reveal hidden contents If you had no nose, you'd never know this one. 6. What gets wet when drying? Reveal hidden contents It's a towel. We're not even going to mess with this one. 7. There was a green house. Inside the green house there was a white house.
