My 90 year old neighbor is blaring the mexican station. It's really annoying. Especially, since I believe I can safely assume he doesn't speak Spanish. He's VERY white. But, it's right outside my window. I think he's trying to annoy me, on purpose, because my husband always has the AM radio playing when we're out back on the weekends, but come on.!!! UGH!!
