Since I immensely enjoyed the seven-letter search Bonanova started, I decided to start the next one. We're moving up to eight letters this time.

Eight unique letters per word. No repeated letters, no plurals, no proper names (that I know of).

There is no pattern for the words. They are all common words, except for X, which is provided in the spoiler for those who wish to use it as a starting point.

Here's an update to the excel spreadsheet that automatically computes these tables. This new version correctly ignores case, so that "a" matches "A".

Here's a new version of wordmatch (wordmatchNoMacro) that does not use macros (this means it will probably work on Open Office).

Sorry this spreadsheet is so elephantine--Excel is not my favorite language, and without macros, it gets messy...

Slight improvement: wordmatchNoMacroRev2 replaces wordmatchNoMacro, which still had the macros, even though it didn't use them. Rev2 does not need and does not contain the macros. Use it in good health anywhere that doesn't support macros.
