0 Shakeepuddn
a coral reef? Blub, blub, blub! You riddle masters are harpooning these as fast as I can churn them out! Most Coral (not particularly reef) live in shallow water on the sea "bed" where there is enough sunlight to sustain its food source . . . zooplankton. Corals are formed from the build-up of calcium carbonate exoskeletons of dead coral polyps over thousands of generations. A single "head" of coral is considered a living organism, though individual polyps (tenants) live there and graze on floating zooplankton as it passes. The polyps themselves can sting with a mild poison but are gracious to symbiotic guests. Alright. Give me five or ten to write another. Arrrrgghh!
