If word is >>dead<< and the guesses >>dots<< and >>alas<< they would give: dots: x ('x' has highest prio, and multiple letters in answer does not give an extra 'o') alas: x ('x' has highest prio, and multiple letters in guess does not give an extra 'o') Right? I'm not sure if proper nouns are allowed, but this word is very common - not a person/place's name.
