0 Guest Posted February 2, 2009 Report Share Posted February 2, 2009 Because you said it is calculated from left to right, I assumed we omitted the rules of "multiple first then only add" 7 + 5 + 3 + 8 * 1 + 6 + 4 + 2 + 9 = 44 A lot people may thought by using '+' signs will get the smallest number but infact you will get 1 point higher than this solution.
